At Kukoon Rugs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new rug isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it to us within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Rug

  Carefully re-wrap the rug in its original packaging or a heavy-duty equivalent to ensure it remains clean and protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Drop Off

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
